This triplex unit is situated on the beachfront with direct beach access to the boardwalk and Willards main beach.
The unit has an open floor living area which consists of the lounge area which has a lounge suit and TV and DSTV, NO SMART CARD REQUIRED. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining room area seats six guests. We also have Wifi.
The middle floor has two bedroom which both have single beds with access to the patio and has a 180-degree sea view. The patio has patio furniture. There is a shared bathroom which consists of a bath, toilet, and basin.
The top floor consists of king size bed with a shower, toilet and basin. The main bedroom leads onto its own patio with patio furniture and beautiful sea views. Two rooms have ceiling fans.
Casablanca is fully gated and fenced. There is one single, lock up garage and one additional parking space. There is a communal braai next to the pool. The unit is self-catering and therefore all consumables need to be supplied by the guests. No bath or beach towels provided.
Since Covid the apartment will be cleaned and sanitized for your arrival only
From R980 to R4000 per night depending on dates, length of stay and number of guests.
